Emraan Hashmi’s fans, eagerly anticipating updates on his upcoming ventures, were pleasantly surprised on Sunday afternoon when the team behind Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s highly awaited film, OG, unveiled Emraan’s character look on his birthday.
In the movie, Emraan is slated to portray the character of a gangster named Omi Bhau. The poster showcases him adorned with a beard and long hair, sporting a distinctive scar above his eyebrow as he lights a cigarette. The caption on the poster reads, “Happy Birthday Omi Bhau.” Producer DVV Danayya shared the poster, expressing, “Wishing the deadliest OMI BHAU a happy birthday… @emraanhashmi. Couldn’t envision a clash more electrifying than with #OG #TheyCallHimOG.”
Emraan took to Instagram to share the poster, captioning it, “ambheera, I’ve heard you’re coming to Mumbai. I promise: one of us will surely lose their head #TheyCallHimOG.” Directed by Sujeeth, acclaimed for his work on Sahoo, the film is a gangster drama and marks Emraan Hashmi’s debut in Telugu cinema.
