Realme has launched its latest P1 5G series in India, focusing on delivering high performance in the mid-range smartphone segment. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has unveiled two new devices in the country: Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G, starting at ₹15,999.
P1 5G is priced at ₹15,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB variant and ₹18,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the P1 Pro 5G starts at ₹21,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant and ₹22,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant. Both models will be available in Peacock Green, Phoenix Red, Parrot Blue, and Phoenix Red color options.
Realme P1 and P1 Pro 5G boast a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 2000 nits peak brightness. Running on RealmeUI 5.0 based on Android 14, these devices promise three years of OS updates and four years of security patches.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, the Realme P1 5G comes with the Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, while the P1 Pro 5G features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset paired with an Adreno GPU. Both phones offer up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, expandable up to 1TB via MicroSD card.
Equipped with a 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, both smartphones also feature an 8MP portrait sensor in the P1 Pro 5G. Additionally, they sport a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. With a 5,000 mAh battery, both devices support 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
