According to the statement, Sadhguru had been experiencing severe headaches for the past four weeks but continued with his commitments until his condition worsened upon arriving in Delhi on March 14. Despite his initial reluctance to be hospitalized, he eventually underwent urgent MRI scans that revealed a significant brain hemorrhage.
On March 17, his health deteriorated further, prompting his admission to the hospital. A subsequent CT scan showed a critical increase in brain swelling, necessitating emergency brain surgery to address the bleeding. Sadhguru was successfully taken off the ventilator post-surgery.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also reached out to Sadhguru, expressing his wishes for a speedy recovery.
