The Karnataka Congress intends to file a complaint against Surya and associates, alleging physical altercation, while Surya’s office contends that Congress disrupted the event.

The Guru Raghavendra bank scandal involved alleged misappropriation of around Rs 2,500 crore, leading to RBI restrictions and ongoing investigations.
